Anti-Stress, Anti-Inflammation Morning Tea Recipe

  • 12 oz Hot Water
  • 1/2 squeezed lemon
  • Chards of Ginger or teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 oz half and half (for fat for turmeric)
  • dash of pepper (for turmeric absorbancy)
  • Ginger (or any easy) teabag
