12 oz Hot Water
- 1/2 squeezed lemon
- Chards of Ginger or teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 oz half and half (for fat for turmeric)
- dash of pepper (for turmeric absorbancy)
- Ginger (or any easy) teabag
